How to make a good acrylic bathtub

First step: prepare for the making machines and molds

The acrylic bathtub making need the devices as follows,

Second step: prepare for the making materials:

The acrylic bathtub need the materials as follows,

1. Acrylic sheets(you also can choose acrylic, ABS composite sheets)
The thickness: 2.3mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.2mm3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm
Can be with colors
Acrylic sheets looks more bright

The acrylic sheets parameters:

2. Resin
DC191, to make the reinforcement together with the fiber glass

3. Fiber glass
To make the reinforcement together with the resin
Specifications: 300G/M2, 250G/M2, or 400G/M2, or roving fiber

4. Stone powder(calcium carbonate powder, CaCO3 powder)
Mixed with resin, as the filling materials for the mixture of the resin and fiber glass reinforcement
With very cheap price, you can buy it in your own country

5. Catylist for the resin chemical action

The blue chemical(mixed with resin and stone powder) and the white chemical(add the white chemical when you want to spray the materials), with these two chemicals, the resin will turn into hard quickly.

Third step: connect the mold to the vacuum forming machine and make the vacuum formings,

Fourth step: rough cutting the bathtub edges and make the fiberglass and resin reinforcement:

The bathtub need the 3 layers of resin and fiberglass reinforcement.

The resin will turn into hard about 2 hours later, then can make the edge cutting/trimming.

Fifth step: make the bathtub edge cutting/trimming
