How to control the quality while commercial refrigerator installation?

You can follow this process to check the refrigerator quality while installation.

AssemblyAll   components are firmly fixed with appropriate clearances and neat appearance;   feet are securely installed, and inner liner is positioned correctly.




Door   InstallationQualified   door body shall be installed without deformation, with good sealing, and   clearances between doors meet requirements; hinges are firmly and properly   installed; cross and vertical beams are in place without protrusion.




Compressor   & Condenser InstallationCompressor   accessories must conform to the requirements of the corresponding machine,   and all components are firmly installed; fixed securely, and limit sleeves   and spring washers must not be missing for bolt-fastened parts.




Pipe   ConnectionEach   pipe insertion depth complies with process requirements; pipes must not be   dead-bent, with a bending radius not less than R28 mm; pipes shall not   collide, rub, cross, or wind with each other.




Electrical   InstallationControl   panel is firmly installed with correct wiring and no looseness; all power   cords shall not be too close to the outer shell, and connecting wires are   laid out reasonably.




WeldingWeld   points are smooth and full, with no undercut, incomplete penetration, sand   holes, or leakage allowed.




Nitrogen   Charge & Leak TestThe   refrigeration system is charged with 1.6 MPa nitrogen, and no leakage is   allowed at any weld point.




Vacuum PumpingVacuum   pumping time shall be no less than 30 minutes, and the system vacuum degree   shall be below -1 Pa.




Refrigerant   ChargingCharge   refrigerant according to the dosage specified in the process, with a charging   accuracy of ±0.5g. Weld points are smooth and full without leakage.




Electrical   PerformanceGrounding   resistance ≤ 0.1 Ω (Actual measurement) Leakage current ≤ 3.5 mA (Actual   measurement) Electric strength: 1800V/1s (Actual measurement) Insulation   resistance ≥ 50 MΩ (Actual measurement)




Leakage   InspectionRefrigerant   leakage ≤ 0.5g/year (Actual measurement)




Refrigeration   PerformanceStandard   requirements: Ambient temperature 38℃ Test time: 1 hour Temperature standard:   13℃ Refrigerating temperature / Freezing temperature




Sanitation   CleaningNo   foam, adhesive residue, or glue stains inside and outside the cabinet and at   joints.




Final   InspectionExecute   in accordance with specified regulations.




PackagingComplete   packaging with correct identification.
